Where do your snacks come from?

We source our exotic snacks from all over the world, including Japan, Korea, Thailand, Mexico, and various European countries. Our team works directly with international distributors to bring you authentic and rare flavors not found in local stores.

How do you ensure snacks don't arrive melted or broken?

We take great care in packaging your treats using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. During summer months or for heat-sensitive items like chocolate, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to minimize time in transit.

What is the typical shelf life of your products?

Most of our snacks have a shelf life of 3 to 12 months. Please note that many international products use the Date/Month/Year format or list a production date rather than an expiration date. We guarantee that all items shipped are fresh and safe to consume.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Exotic Snack Guys ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are there allergen warnings for your products?

Since our products are imported, labels may be in different languages. We provide English ingredient translations on our website whenever possible, but please exercise caution if you have severe allergies as many snacks are processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, and gluten.
